As the Indiana Civil Rights Commission continues to find new and more effective ways to provide service to Hoosiers everywhere, we are hoping to gain some insight and feedback from you and your friends, colleagues, and constituents. To that end, we’ve created a survey that will help us better understand the perceptions that exists about our agency, it’s role in fighting for the protection of civil rights, and the general state of civil rights in Indiana. The survey, which is only 12 questions long and will take less than 2 minutes to complete, is totally anonymous and will be used solely to help our staff better serve you and your communities.
Your participation is extremely important, so we are asking that you please distribute this survey to as many people as you can. A link for the survey to be taken online: http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/XV589GX
If you have any questions, comments, or concerns regarding the survey, please feel free to contact me at bmeadows@icrc.IN.gov or 317-232-2651.
